Recently, a WREN sales representative visited a customer’s site with hydraulic torque wrenches to conduct a detailed and comprehensive on-site training session on the operation of the hydraulic torque wrenches and hydraulic power units the customer had purchased, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the customer’s pipeline equipment through professional service.

At the training session, WREN’s hydraulic sales representatives took on the role of professional instructors. By drawing on real-world application scenarios for piping equipment, they employed a combination of “theoretical instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and step-by-step guidance” to help the clients’ operators quickly master the core functions of the equipment.
