To help customers standardize equipment operation, improve operational precision, and ensure production safety, Hangzhou WREN hydraulic engineers recently visited a customer’s site to conduct specialized hands-on training and technical Q&A sessions on the IBT series of drive-type hydraulic torque wrenches, providing the customer’s frontline operations and maintenance teams with professional, practical technical support.

This training session focused on actual on-site operating conditions at customer sites and provided comprehensive, detailed instruction on the WREN IBT series of drive-type hydraulic torque wrenches. Throughout the program, a systematic training model consisting of “in-depth theoretical instruction, hands-on practice, Q&A sessions, and on-site guidance” was employed to ensure that every participant fully understood the material and could apply it effectively.

The hands-on training session was the core focus of this training program. WREN engineers visited the worksite in person to provide hands-on guidance to trainees throughout the entire process—from equipment assembly and parameter tuning to torque calibration, bolt tightening, and disassembly. They provided detailed, point-by-point answers to questions raised by the client’s team regarding equipment operation, adaptation to working conditions, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting. Furthermore, based on the specific conditions of the client’s production line, they offered targeted recommendations for optimizing equipment use and operations and maintenance to maximize the equipment’s performance advantages, thereby helping the client improve quality, increase efficiency, and ensure safe production.
