Clean hydraulic oil is the life of the hydraulic system. This is no exaggeration. There are many precision parts in the hydraulic system, some have damping holes, some have gaps and so on. If the solid impurities invade, the precision parts will be pulled, hairpin, oil channel blockage and other conditions, thus endangering the safe operation of the hydraulic system. So what are the ways to invade the hydraulic system? There are four main types: dirty hydraulic oil, dirty refueling tools, careless refueling and maintenance, and chip removal of hydraulic components. From three aspects to prevent solid intrusion into the hydraulic system.

 

1 when refueling

Hydraulic oil must be filtered and refilled, and the refueling tool must be clean. Do not remove the filter from the fuel tank opening. Oilers' gloves and work clothes should be clean to prevent solid and fibrous impurities from falling into the oil.

 

 

2 maintenance

Remove the oil cover of the hydraulic oil tank, filter cover, test hole, hydraulic oil pipe and other parts, avoid dust when the oil passage of the system is exposed, and only after thoroughly cleaning can the removal part be opened. When removing the oil cap of the hydraulic oil tank, remove the dirt around the oil tank cap, unscrew the oil tank cap, and remove the sundries remaining in the joint (do not flush with water to avoid water infiltration into the oil tank. If you need to use wiping materials and hammers, you should choose not to remove fiber impurities wiping materials and hit the surface of the special rubber hammer.

 

3. Cleaning of hydraulic system

Cleaning of the same oil must be used with the system of the hydraulic oil, the oil temperature between 45 ~ 80 ℃, with large flow to take away the impurities in the system as much as possible. To repeatedly clean the hydraulic system more than three times, each time after cleaning, take advantage of the hot oil when it all out of the system. Clean the filter after cleaning. Add new oil after replacing the filter element.
