The viscosity of the washing fluid can be reduced by using a special cleaning oil truck to supply oil or by using a low-viscosity washing fluid or heating washing fluid to increase the Reynolds number and make it turbulent.

 

6. The self-made flushing oil tank should be cleaned and sealed as far as possible, with air filtration device, and the oil tank capacity should be greater than 5 times of the hydraulic pump flow. Filter trolley should be used to filter the oil when filling the oil tank.

 

7. Impurities are difficult to clean, so it is necessary to wash by hand after draining oil. Do not wipe with cotton yarn or flammable fiber.
